If you're a complete nerdy geek buff like me and you're hooked on taking photos & videos with your phone then you're really going to like the Galileo. Galileo is an iOS-controlled robotic iPhone platform with infinite spherical rotation capability. It's capable of infinite 360° pan-and-tilt at speeds up to 200° per second in any orientation.
What's even cooler is the fact that you can pair the device with your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch device to control Galileo. For instance, swiping in any direction will push Galielo in the opposite direction, Galileo reacts in real time to your swipe gestures from an untethered iOS device. Now, that's pretty cool.
That means that you could be in one country and control the device in another, that brings a whole new meaning to photography, cinematography, social networking, surveillance, baby watching and video conferencing. Galileo is currently a Kickstarter project so you'll need to pledge to get your hands on one, but it's oh-so-worth-it.
