I loved watching Pinocchio as a child, to be fair I recently read the book and it took me way back to when I was a child. This gift is brilliant on so many levels. First and foremost the pencil sharpener is made of wood like Pinocchio and when you sharpen a pencil his nose (the pencil) becomes shorter and as the title suggest he becomes more honest. Nobody likes a story teller kids!
The pencil shavings are emptied through his mouth once full and you get an HB pencil with the gift to start you off on your journey.
